Dear God,
As Your faithful child, make my honesty clear so I can do Your work more effectively. The world is in urgent need of more good agents who can stand in as the beacon of Your light, allow me to serve You humbly and teach me new skills to achieve greater results. I know I cannot afford to be a stumbling block to those who are in search of a way home to You, as I have failed in the past. I know You have a way to use even a donkey to do Your work, but I do not wish to be a hoofed beast – I want to be a deserving domesticated cat.
2 Corinthians 2:17
Unlike so many, we do not peddle the word of God for profit. On the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, as those sent from God.
Please reveal the truth to Your children who are unable to see their own reflections, so that they are not doing Satan’s work unconsciously.
Proverbs 12:22
The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy.
If anyone speaks out of ignorance and untruths, create an opportunity of awakening so that deliberated lies will be summoned by the Holy Spirit. Keep me out of arguments with such Christians.
Psalm 138:7
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me.
If I am ever in a position where I have trouble improving myself, please touch me with Your grace and give me a clear nudge to quickly change towards a better likeness of You, without delay, without pretence and without obstacles.
Psalm 23:5
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Please continue to handpick people for me, send them to me, bridge all the gaps and set me up for life.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Use me as You used Moses. Remove every lazy bone from my being and encourage me to act out Your every commandment in the way that will bring glory to You. My gratitude will be reflected in my life work, thank You for choosing me.
