Dear Father,

Can you please mute the imposter from preaching Your word so loudly?

2 Corinthians 11:14
And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.

A good person whom an imposter has silenced and abused, would be driven away from You and suffer unnecessary repercussions from their dishonesty. Protect those who have yet to be saved, the imposter included.

1 John 4:1
Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

When a community gets to witness an imposter carry Your branding in an ungodly way, it becomes a long lasting negative impact that can last for decades, or a lifetime. This common branding of Christians are perpetuated by self-serving practitioners who tend to be myopic to their own blame.

Matthew 24:10-11
At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.

Can you please throw some encounters or impactful guidance along their way for them to see their own truth? Cure the imposter. If their intention and goal is to bring non-believers to You, it is time to awaken and live in truth. Own their lot. May the Holy Spirit be revived within them.

Romans 13:11
And do this, understanding the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.

I trust You have a hand in all of this and I am still here with You, but I am disturbed by the injustice, along with the quieter Christians who walks a godly practise. Is it wrong to be angry at imposters who are perpetuating a negative branding for all of us? Isn’t that what makes traitors?

Galatians 5:16
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

To get away with their wrongdoing, many Christians often claim to have obtained forgiveness from Jesus. We know that doesn’t work in this world, it infuriates non-believers more than anything else.

Psalm 1:1
Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers,

In order to win for the Kingdom of God, Christians need to carry out their conduct in humility, integrity and stay steadfast to Your truth – even if it means to own up to ones wrongdoings and sincerely make things right with people they have wronged – in order to regain trust and respect in the world.

Proverbs 22:11-12
One who loves a pure heart and who speaks with grace will have the king for a friend. The eyes of the Lord keep watch over knowledge, but he frustrates the words of the unfaithful.

Please shine a light on this ignorance. The world will not forget offences in the name of religion, it builds up into resentment towards all Your people. It is a grave injustice and a serious betrayal to the Kingdom of God.

Psalm 101:7-8
No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence. Every morning I will put to silence all the wicked in the land; I will cut off every evildoer from the city of the Lord.

A very small degree of betrayal is sufficient to cause the death of trust. We hear this too much “I do not trust Christians” and this causes us prosecution. May You touch my heart and protect me from further harm.

Amen.
